Li Lu is an experienced design leader. She creates elegantly functional digital experiences that help businesses succeed . She has worked in UX design for 10 years, and in Design research for 12 years. She has built design-oriented organizational culture since 2018.

She serves as Sr. Manager of UX Design and Customer Experience Strategy at National Student Clearinghouse, a non profit organization that serves 97% of the higher education institutions in the US. She has also led high-impact work at MetroStar, and Aclara (acquired by Hubbell Incorporated).

With a penchant for scale, she has built design operations that reduced redundancy and time to market by 60%, and helped designers on her team reclaim their focus on innovation and strategic thinking.
